Resource Augmentation
Scale your engineering capacity without the hiring lead time. Experienced teams, subject matter experts and dedicated offshore centers — deployed against your requirements, working to your standards.
Resource Augmentation
Engineering demand rarely arrives evenly. A new programme needs a firmware specialist for six months, a validation backlog needs four testers immediately, a product line needs an architect who has solved the problem before. Hiring for each of these takes months you do not have, and carries a permanent cost against a temporary need.
Resource augmentation solves that. Technologics Global places experienced engineers and subject matter experts into your programmes — for a defined requirement, for a long-term deployment, or as a fully established offshore development center working as an extension of your organisation. You keep direction and ownership of the work; we supply the capability, the delivery discipline and the ramp-up speed.
What separates this from a generic staffing arrangement is that we are an engineering company first. The people we deploy come from the same teams that execute our own embedded, industrial automation, IIoT and product engineering work. They arrive already fluent in the tools, standards and review practices the work demands, so the first month is productive rather than preparatory.
Services We Provide
Four Ways to Scale Your Engineering Capacity
Client Requirement Execution
Our expert engineering and R&D teams work closely with you to understand, design and execute project requirements with precision and speed. You define the outcome; we take responsibility for delivering it end to end — from requirement analysis through architecture, build, validation and handover.
We start by interrogating the requirement rather than accepting it at face value. Our engineers work through functional scope, constraints, interfaces and acceptance criteria with your team, surfacing gaps and technical risks while they are still cheap to fix.
We translate the agreed requirement into a system architecture — component breakdown, interface definitions, technology selection and a development plan sequenced around your milestones. Where you already have an architecture, we work inside it rather than replacing it.
Execution spans the disciplines we practise daily: embedded systems and firmware, industrial automation and control, connected IoT products, and application software. A single team can carry a requirement across all four rather than handing it between vendors.
Hardware and software are developed together — schematic and PCB layout alongside the firmware that will run on it, with validation planned from the start. Boards are brought up, characterised and tested against the specification before they reach your line.
We build working prototypes early so design decisions are tested against real behaviour rather than assumptions. As the design stabilises we support the transition to production — design-for-manufacture review, test fixtures and pilot-build support.
Every engagement produces the documentation you need to own the result: design records, test evidence, release notes and handover material. Delivery is tracked against agreed milestones with regular reporting.
SME Resource Deployment
We deploy highly experienced Subject Matter Experts and engineering professionals selected against your job description and project requirements. You get industry-ready specialists who contribute from the first sprint, without the hiring cycle, training investment or permanent headcount commitment.
Engineers who have designed and delivered comparable systems before, brought in to set technical direction, resolve architectural decisions and de-risk the parts of a programme where mistakes are most expensive to unwind.
Hands-on leads who run delivery inside your team — breaking down work, mentoring engineers, holding code and design review standards, and keeping execution aligned to the plan.
Experienced engineers who take defined workstreams to completion: development, integration, debugging and documentation, working to your process and reporting into your management line.
Specialists in verification and validation — test planning and strategy, automated and manual execution, defect analysis, and evidence packages for compliance and certification.
Embedded firmware and application developers across the stacks we work in daily, from bare-metal and RTOS through drivers, communication stacks and higher-level application software.
We do not offer a generic bench. Profiles are shortlisted against your job description, technical screening is done by engineers from the relevant discipline, and you interview and approve every candidate before deployment.
ODC Setup Services
We help organisations establish dedicated Offshore Development Centers with customised team structures and specialised skillsets. An ODC gives you a stable, long-term engineering team that builds institutional knowledge of your products — with the cost structure and scalability of an offshore model.
We design and staff centers typically sized between 15 and 30 engineers, structured around the disciplines your roadmap requires rather than a fixed template. The team is built to a defined skill matrix and ramped in planned phases.
Every center is anchored by senior subject matter experts who own technical direction and quality. This is what separates a functioning ODC from a pool of contractors — someone accountable for the engineering, not just the headcount.
Development environments, toolchains, access controls, source control and release process are configured to match how your organisation already works, so the center integrates with your existing pipeline instead of running alongside it.
The center grows and contracts with your roadmap. Capacity can be added for a major programme and reduced afterwards, without the disruption or cost of hiring and releasing permanent staff.
An ODC is built to retain knowledge. The same engineers stay with your products across releases, accumulating the domain understanding that makes each cycle faster than the last.
Skill-Based Corporate Training
Customised, skill-based training programmes designed to upskill your employees with practical industry knowledge and hands-on project exposure. Built for engineering teams that need working competence in a technology, not certificates.
Training is structured around working projects drawn from real engineering problems, so participants apply each concept to something that behaves like the work they will return to.
Sessions are lab-led rather than lecture-led. Participants build, debug and validate on actual hardware and tooling for the majority of contact time.
Programmes use the toolchains and workflows the industry actually runs on, so what is learned transfers directly into your environment without translation.
Trainers are practising engineers who have delivered production systems in the domain they teach, and can answer questions that sit outside the courseware.
Competence is measured, not assumed — pre- and post-training assessment, practical evaluation against defined outcomes, and reporting back to you on where the team stands.
Engagement Models
Project-based
A defined requirement with an agreed scope, timeline and deliverable. Best when the outcome is clear and you want a single party accountable for it.
Resource deployment
Named engineers embedded in your team for a defined period, working to your direction and process. Best when you have the plan and need capacity or a specific skill.
Dedicated ODC
A standing offshore team of 15–30 engineers with its own leadership and infrastructure. Best when engineering demand is continuous and you want knowledge to accumulate.
Why Technologics
Most resource augmentation is transactional — profiles are forwarded, contracts are signed, and the supplier's involvement ends there. Ours is not, because we are accountable for engineering outcomes on our own projects using the same people.
That has practical consequences. Technical screening is done by engineers who do the work, not recruiters matching keywords. Deployed engineers stay connected to our internal technical community, so a problem outside one person's experience reaches someone who has solved it. And because our own delivery work spans embedded systems, industrial automation, IoT and product engineering, we can staff requirements that cross those boundaries with one coherent team.
